CEIBS offers world class MBA, Global EMBA and Executive Education programmes. We are a truly global institution with campuses in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Accra in Ghana, and Zurich in Switzerland.

You are running our daily operations as an Office Manager and supports our team with first level IT support. Your role is therefore multifaceted and involves collaborating with all internal departments. You report directly to the CEO Switzerland.

Main responsibilities*
- Organising meetings, conferences, and events in collaboration with other departments, the CEO and CEIBS Advisory Council
- Organising business trips and accommodation for guests at the campus
- Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports in English and German
- Implementing and maintaining business processes
- Organisational support of HR function, e.g. onboarding for new employees, setting up interviews, managing correspondence
- Negotiating, managing, and supervising external partners for catering, IT-support and other services
- First level IT support and maintenance of IT infrastructure

Requirements*
- Strong Team spirit combined with a huge dose of flexibility and adaptability Your role includes extensive communication and coordination with departments & partners.
- Self-driven and autonomous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant job experienced in a similar role of 5 years
- You are fluent in English (at least C1) and in German (at least C1). Mandarin and other languages are a huge plus
- Bachelor in Business Administration or comparable professional education
- Proficiency in MS office products, MS dynamics (preferred) and a strong preference toward IT and audiovisual systems
