Your role As Product Designer joining the Inyova Design team you will focus on delivering the best possible experience for our impact investors. You will work closely with the rest of the Product team (Product Owners, Design peers, Developers) to turn conceptual ideas and hypotheses into valuable experiences. In more detail, you will: - Plan, conduct and evaluate user research to define the problems worth solving - Craft the best UX solutions for our users, and test them - Help driving the evolution and adoption of our design system - Be a passionate and attentive voice for user feedback - Find the right balance between advocating for your design decisions and incorporating feedback - Bring in ideas how to improve processes & the product - Be comfortable working fluidly and collaboratively with engineers and other teams **Profile**: As an integral part of our product team, your expertise, your keen attention to detail, and your communication skills are crucial for you to be successful in this job. As Product Designer in the Inyova Design team, you: - Have 2 or more years of experience in a Product Designer role - Completed education in a relevant field, e.g., computer science, media design, or similar and/or UX-specific advanced training - Have expertise and knowledge in the common methods and tools for creating designs, prototypes, creative techniques and design workflows - Have a strong attention to detail - Are proficient in common design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) - Can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power and ease of use - Turn user problems detected across all feedback channels into product opportunities - Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
