**Beschreibung**:
Für unseren Kunden, ein weltweit führendes Schweizer Pharmaunternehmen in Basel, suchen wir per sofort einen **Associate Analytical Development Biochemistry** für einen befristeten Einsatz von einem Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Die Abteilung 'Analytical Development and Quality Control Biotech Europe' ist für die analytische Entwicklung und GMP Qualitätskontrolle für pre-IND (= Investigational New Drug), BLA (Biologics License Application) und Launch Produkte unter Einhaltung der Richtlinien (Compliance) verantwortlich.
**Tätigkeiten**:
- Durchführung der Routineanalytik für Drug Product Formulierungen unter GMP mit einem Schwerpunkt auf HPLC Methoden
- Aufrechterhaltung einer effizienten, zeitgerechten und GMP- und nicht-GMP-konformen Analytik und Dokumentation unter Beachtung der aktuell gültigen GMP-Richtlinien und aller relevanten SOPs
- Pflege und Wartung der verwendeten analytischen Systeme
- Koordination der analytischen Aktivitäten und des Probenmanagements für biotechnologische Entwicklungsprodukte
- Planung und Monitoring der Arbeitspakete in Kooperation mit den anderen Teammitgliedern, um eine effiziente Analytik und eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen
**Anforderungen**:
- Ausbildung zum Chemie-/Biologielaborant/in, Bachelorstudium oder ähnliche Qualifikation mit einem Schwerpunkt im analytischen Bereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Laborumfeld, vorzugsweise in der Pharmabranche
- Erfahrung in der Routine Analyse wie HPLC
- Mindestens Grundkenntnisse mit gängigen IT-Programmen wie MS Office (Excel) und Google Suite
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss, Englisch von Vorteil
- Sehr strukturiert und organisiert
- Motiviert, eigeninitiativ und verantwortungsbewusst
- Ergebnisorientiert und ein exzellenter Teamplayer
- GMP-Erfahrung von Vorteil
