**Mission**
Provide support to Head of Legal Treasury and Trading in any legal matter related to the department. The position may also involve performing administrative tasks.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Draft and/or review of prospectus and final terms for structured products issued inhouse.
- Review and negotiation of different agreements related to derivatives (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, clearing agreements, custody agreements, brokerage agreements, CDEA, MFSTA).
- Review and negotiation of terms & conditions of trading platforms, account opening documents with external correspondent banks, and any other types of documentation related to derivatives.
- The activities are worldwide: Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, London, Jersey,
- Singapore and Hong Kong.
**Profile**:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience
- Master’s degree
- IT Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Experience in the banking or in asset management sector, ideally with knowledge of derivatives
- Experience in private banking: Optional
- English & French: Fluent
