**Climate Solutions Americas SIOP S&OE Leader - Light Commercial**:
**Location**: Lucerne, Switzerland (Global Ops Capabilities Hub)
**Reports To**: Global SIOP Leader (Lucerne)
**Function**: Global Operations - SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning)
**Travel**: ~10-15% (regional factories and stakeholder engagement)

**Role Purpose**:
Carrier is building a Global Operations Capabilities Hub in Lucerne to strengthen enterprise planning and execution. As the SIOP S&OE Leader for Light Commercial, you will lead the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process for the Light Commercial portfolio in the Americas region (0-90 day horizon). This role ensures short-term factory orchestration, enabling regional teams to focus on mid
- and long-term planning.

You will partner with regional SIOP teams, factories, procurement, and product marketing to align demand and supply, manage constraints, and deliver on service, cost, and inventory objectives. This role is a key contributor to the SIOP cadence, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:
S&OE Factory Orchestration (0-90 Days)
- Lead the short-term execution process for Light Commercial factories, consolidating demand and supply signals into actionable guidance.
- Run the weekly S&OE cadence, balancing service, cost, and inventory priorities.

Demand & Supply Alignment
- Align Sales and Marketing forecasts with operational plans; resolve gaps and document assumptions.
- Support demand shaping decisions and exception management in collaboration with regional SIOP teams.

Constraint Management
- Identify short-term supply constraints and work with factories, procurement, and logistics to resolve bottlenecks.

Scenario Planning & Decision Support
- Prepare what-if scenarios for demand surges, supply disruptions, or mix changes.

Performance Management
- Track and report S&OE KPIs: service level, backlog, inventory health, and schedule adherence.

Success Metrics
- Service: OTIF, backlog reduction, promise-date adherence.
- Inventory: DOS, E&O exposure, inventory turns.
- Factory Performance: Plan adherence, schedule stability.
- Decision Velocity: Scenario turnaround time, action closure rate.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- ** Experience**: 5-8 years in **SIOP/S&OE, factory planning, or supply chain operations**, preferably in HVAC or industrial products.
- ** Technical Skills**: Familiarity with **planning systems** (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis) and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel).
- ** Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- ** Language**: English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
- ** Travel**: 10-15% within the region.
