**Local Marketing & Communications Manager, Division Process Industries Switzerland (80-100%)**:

As local Marketing & Communications Manager, you will develop and implement customer focused marketing communications plans and campaigns for the local division Process Industries in Switzerland. The role is based in Baden-Dättwil, Switzerland. You work closely with the Swiss Local Management and Sales Teams and the Business Line Communications Leads to develop, localize and implement integrated marketing communications programs - including marketing communications, web content, and digital marketing - to educate and inform stakeholders, including customers, employees, trade media and interest groups, about ABB's portfolio and references. You will ensure executional excellence for all communications in line with brand positioning and identity, as well as global/local strategy.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Planning and implementing innovative integrated marketing communications strategies for Switzerland, in line with the Global and Local Business Line Plans
- Translating global and local strategies and messages into action plans for the local unit
- Analyzing and reporting campaign results/metrics and communicating with stakeholders
- Advising on communications programs and supply channels to maximize cost efficiency and minimize overlap among businesses
- Assisting the local management with personal communications materials (including presentations, speeches, articles, social media posts and employee recognition)
- Managing and organizing participations of the local unit in global and local events such as trade exhibitions or external customer seminars
- Together with Sales, identifying and producing internal and external customer success stories and making them visible on ABB channels
- Coordinating, preparing, and driving internal local communications
- Planning, organizing and hosting local townhalls together with the local management team
- Maintaining internal social media channel, including creating content and assisting key stakeholders to post
- Ensuring budget tracking and alignment with division and business line communications
**Your background**:
- Practical experience in the field of Marketing or Marketing Communications in a B2B environment (ideally technical/industrial environment)
- Sound knowledge of strategic marketing communications plans to achieve desired targets, excellent project management skills
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading capabilities are mandatory
- A solution-focused and self-starter mindset, combined with strong written and spoken communication skills
- A hands-on Team player with a strong networking ability and passion for strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent knowledge of English. German language is considered a plus
