**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Arbeiten im 3-Schichtbetrieb oder im 5-Schichtbetrieb
- Organisiert und optimiert die Abläufe und Prozesse im Verantwortungsbereich
- Verwaltet die Materialwirtschaft und Auftragsabwicklung gemäss RASCI
- Technisches Coaching der Mitarbeitenden
- Umsetzen aller GMP Richtlinien inkl. der Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Aktive Mitarbeit beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
- Vorbereitung und Pflege des Shopfloors
- Planung und Mitarbeit bei geplanten und ungeplanten Wartungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung EFZ, Weiterbildung im industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Schichtbetrieb
- Praxisorientiertes und bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
- Technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in ERP Systemen (SAP Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil)
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Bereitschaft zur Eigenverantwortung
- Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit mit respektvollem Umgang
- Deutschkenntnisse B2
