Internship Applied Research Biomechanics

As a member of Biomechanics department, the intern will support literature research, data analysis, test and model development in the field of Dental Biomechanics. In details the intern will contribute to capture, organize and generate know-how to ensure the mechanical safety and efficacy of Nobel Biocare's products.

Main Tasks:

- Capture and organize data and know-how
- Develop or leverage test concepts based on biomechanical principles
- Planning, coordinate and execute mechanical tests
- Analyzing test results including statistical evaluation
- Communicate and discuss the results with different stakeholders

**Job Requirements**:

- Technical/scientific background (BSc, MSc or equivalent) in relevant field in Life Science or Medtech: biomedical engineering, human and movement science, mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge in relevant tools (MS Office)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is an asset
- Ability to analyze technical problems and systematically develop detailed solution
- Pro-active and independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility and problem solving working attitude.
- Good planning, organization and communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in Mechanical test execution and test report writing is an asset
