Notre portefeuille de produits comprend une large gamme comprenant des médicaments, des dispositifs médicaux, des produits cosmétiques et des compléments alimentaires tels que Advil, Voltaren, Sensodyne, Parodontax, Prorhinel et Centrum.
Notre objectif est d’offrir une meilleure santé au quotidien avec humanité.
Votre rôle:
Vous supervisez une équipe de techniciens.
Votre équipe assure le fonctionnement des infrastructures utilités du site, tout en garantissant la sécurité, la qualité, et le niveau de service requis.
Vous gérez l’exploitation et la maintenance des utilités du site GMP et non GMP ; celles-ci sont ocmposées notamment des systèmes de production de chaleur (PAC, vapeur industrielles et eau surchauffées), de froid, HVAC, de gaz et d’eau (eau de ville et eau purifiée)
Votre impact:
Vous avez un impact clef sur l’augmentation de la disponibilité des systèmes sous votre responsabilité, afin de minimiser les temps d’arrêt de production.
Il s’agit d’un rôle clé pour s’assurer que la stratégie de l’entreprise est délivrée par une équipe engagée, motivée et compétente.
Responsabilités principales:
- Supervision d’une équipe de techniciens
- Gestion de la performance des systèmes et résolution de problèmes
- Assurance de la disponibilité et de la mise en œuvre, par votre équipe, des standards permettant d’assurer la sécurité du personnel et des installations, la conformité légale ainsi la disponibilité des outils de production.
- Traçabilité des activités via les systèmes requis tout en suivant les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication en environnement pharmaceutique
- Identification des pièces critiques et stratégie de stockage en lien avec le Mngr FM - Logistics
- Coordination des interventions avec le service Maintenance Process lorsque nécessaire
Suivi opérationnel des contrats liés aux Utilités et amélioration continue des prestations
Connaissances / Education / Expériences requises:
- CFC
- 5 ans technicien / 2 ans Management
