Key responsibilities:

- Supplies for laboratories, incl. inventories
- Warehouse management tasks such as requisition and restock of any lab consumables/chemicals
- Manage logistics of pharmaceutical samples according to internal procedures (e.g. good receipt and shipments)
- Provides administrative support
- Close cooperation with suppliers and local facility management partners

Key requirements:

- Completed apprenticeship in Life Sciences or a related field (lab technician, logistician)
- Some experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, preferably in logistics or facility
- Good working knowledge and solid experience working in a GMP environment
- Excellent working knowledge in logistics & facilities- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English & German
