**Qualifications mínimales**
- Vous devez:

- Pouvoir travailler à l’Apple Store selon un planning établi d’après les besoins de l’activité, y compris éventuellement en soirée, en fin de semaine et durant les jours fériés, et toujours vous présenter au travail aux horaires prévus, conformément aux lois locales en vigueur et aux éventuels aménagements approuvés.Avoir de l’expérience dans le domaine de la vente - en magasin ou non - ou une expérience professionnelle similaire.

- Vous montrez une réelle connaissance des produits et services Apple.
- Vous avez obtenu d’excellents résultats dans le domaine de la vente et de l’expérience clientèle.
- Vous personnalisez des solutions en fonction des besoins de la clientèle et vous les lui présentez de manière efficace.
- Vous apportez une réponse aux préoccupations de la clientèle avec empathie, en étant à l’écoute et en vous appuyant sur vos compétences de présentation.
- Vous savez travailler dans un environnement dynamique, en vous occupant souvent de plusieurs personnes à la fois.
- Vous aimez découvrir les produits et services Apple, ainsi que les produits tiers, puis approfondir ces connaissances afin d’améliorer l’expérience de la clientèle.Vous soutenez et formez toute l’équipe en partageant vos connaissances, vos expériences et vos idées.
