Proclinical are recruiting a CQV Planner for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Visp. The client is focused on facilitating a healthier society. **Responsibilities**: - Direct or support cross-functional teams in interactive planning sessions as well as drive contributions to the schedule rendering to site and project planning. - Accountable for CQ schedule governance to be handles using the CQ schedule build report. - Handle the CQV Primavera P6 schedule at level III & IV. - To guarantee that precision of data is incorporated into the schedule in a timely manner, you will evaluate schedules with project team members regularly. - You will manage finite tracking of CQV distribution with the use of Microsoft Excel and Primavera P6. - Supervise schedule aberrations and variances and support with the development of alternative strategies for corrective action. - Other duties may be assigned to this role. **Key Skills and Requirements**: - Educated to a degree level from an accredited university in an engineering, science or business management discipline. - Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German would be ideal. - Acquaintance with managing, administrating and operating within a multiuser Primavera P6 project setting. - At least 8+ years of experience in planning and guaranteeing precise schedules are controlled for large (> 100 Mio CHF) projects. - Familiarity with being a part of a cross-functional team planning large scale projects. - Capable of comprehending schedule data in a continuous and effective manner as well as articulate pertinent information to senior management. - Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing. - Computer literacy in MS Office. - Microsoft office proficient. - Past involvement working within a biopharmaceutical establishment, start-up, CQV planning etc., would be ideal. - Analytical capabilities with the ability to perform analysis of multifaceted/large data sets, draw conclusions accordingly, and plan and assist with decisions. - Capable of handling ambiguity, with the ability to conform to shifting priorities and demands. - Able to implement tasks within a fast-paced work setting.
