Key responsibilities:
- Financial performance management: prepare, maintain and enhance/develop the monthly management reporting package that steers Lonza’s financial performance (On Group and Division level)
- Corporate financial planning: support the development of strategic financial plans, budget and forecasts, Group performance management, Investor Relations analytics, process excellence and digitalization projects
Key requirements:
- BA/ MA/ MBA in business administration or accounting
- Strong systems skills (Microsoft suite). ERP knowledge as well as SAC or Power BI are pluses
- Strong analytical capabilities & structured thinking
- Ability to navigate dynamic business & corporate environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
