Head of Production Engineering / Automation M/F

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortlich für sämtliche Projekte im Bereich Automatisierung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die technische Weiterentwicklung und Innovationstätigkeit des Unternehmensbereiches
- Durch eine auf die Kundenbedürfnisse angepasste Prozess
- und Technologieentwicklung sichern Sie die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens
- Aufbau und Sicherstellen von Knowhow für fortlaufende Innovationen in den Produktionsprozessen
- Leiten von komplexen globalen Projekten
- Führung und Schulung und Entwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ingenieur mit Managementkompetenz
- Erfahrung und Freude an der Leitung von globalen Projekten
- Überzeugender Kommunikator, erkennt rasch Zusammenhänge
- Motivator, kreativ denkend
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
