**Ta responsabilité**
- Développer de manière autonome de A à Z des e-learnings et des médias d'apprentissage numériques
- Construire l'environnement d'apprentissage numérique du futur
- Créer des concepts de blended learning et vérifier l'acceptation et la faisabilité avec des formateurs spécialisés / formateurs de vente
- Animer des cours en présentiel et virtuels (env. 10 jours/an)
- Collaboration intensive avec l'équipe de formation
- Recueillir et traiter le feedback des utilisateurs sur les supports d'apprentissage

**Tes qualifications**
- Didacticien(ne) des médias qui aime créer des médias numériques
- Très bonnes connaissances orales et écrites du français, bonne compréhension de l'allemand, l'italien est un avantage
- Enthousiasme pour les échanges dynamiques et la collaboration avec les collègues de l'équipe
- Affinité pour l'élaboration de concepts ainsi que pour le travail et la gestion de projets
- Plaisir à animer et à présenter
- Expérience dans le contact avec les clients dans le domaine des assurances souhaitable
