**Role Overview**

As Strategy Intern, you will work directly with the Head of Strategy to support high-impact strategic initiatives across the firm. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, offering exposure to senior leadership and core decision-making processes. You will contribute to shaping strategic priorities, conducting deep analytical work, and translating complex problems into clear, actionable insights.

This is a full time role with a fixed term of 6-12 months.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Head of Strategy on firm-wide strategic projects, including market analysis, business planning, and internal initiatives
- Conduct high-quality research on industry trends, competitors, technologies, and strategic opportunities
- Build structured analyses, models, and presentations to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in evaluating new business ideas, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Translate complex quantitative or technical topics into clear strategic narratives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal strategic frameworks and processes
- Assist with ad-hoc strategic initiatives across the firm

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program or having completed a Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Outstanding academic background in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration/Strategy, or a related field from a top-tier university
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High intellectual curiosity and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment
- Professional maturity and sound judgment when interacting with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and high-quality executive presentations

**Preferred / Desirable Experience**
- Prior internship or project experience in strategy, consulting, finance, trading, technology, or quantitative research
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL, or similar)
- Exposure to financial markets, trading, fintech, or quantitative disciplines
