We are looking for our new Front Desk Manager for a year-round position.

Located on the ski slopes in winter and on the mountain pastures in summer, Chetzeron is an exceptional establishment. Its unique concept combines mountains, well-being, design and ecology. In addition, he or she must identify with our values, be able to adapt to all situations and have a strong team spirit.

**Main tasks**:

- Organisation and supervision of the department
- Physical and telephone reception of customers
- Fulfilling the formalities at the check-in and check-out of the customer
- Processing of offers and reservations, pre-sales and sales at the reception
- Invoicing and payment collection
- Management of customer transfers
- Follow-up of daily procedures

**Profile**:

- Autonomous person with a passion for their job
- Excellent presentation, easy and pleasant contact
- Strong ability to adapt to all situations
- Person of integrity with a strong team and leadership spirit
- French and English required, German or third language desired
- Skiing and mountain biking skills strongly recommended
