**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, highly skilled and experienced **Investment Strategist** to join our Zurich headquarters as part of our dynamic team of asset management professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing strategic and tactical asset allocation, model portfolios, and generating innovative trading ideas within the rapidly evolving crypto market.

This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional risk and return drivers, and blockchain technology, as well as crypto markets. Strong analytical and communications skills to develop, implement and communicate effective investment strategies are required.
- **Strategic Asset Allocation**: develop and manage long-term investment strategies for crypto and traditional assets to optimize portfolio performance based on market conditions and client objectives.
- **Tactical Asset Allocation**: research, propose and monitor tactical allocation ideas in response to short-term market movements and economic changes to capitalize on investment opportunities.
- **Model Portfolios**: design and maintain model portfolios that reflect our investment philosophy and meet the diverse needs of our investment strategies and clients.
- **Trading Ideas**: generate and evaluate trading ideas to enhance portfolio returns, considering risk management and market trends specific to crypto assets.
- **Market Analysis**: conduct thorough market research and analysis on blockchain technology, crypto trends, and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.
- **Investment Committees**: support the preparation of and take part in relevant investment committees.
- **Client Communication**: act as thought leader in direct client interactions but also as speaker in external seminars and panels, ensuring the firm's crypto offerings are top of mind for clients.
- **Collaboration**: work closely with other investment professionals, including portfolio managers and analysts, to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree and/ or CFA designation is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment strategy, asset allocation, or a related role, preferably covering both traditional markets and crypto assets.
- **Skills**:

- Ownership and accountability, entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Python.
- In-depth knowledge traditional markets, blockchain technology and crypto assets.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
