The mission of the Central Innovation Team is to lead innovation as a strategic lever driving the Maison’s sustainable growth and accelerated transformation into the future. As the Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to our International Innovation Director, you will be an important contributor to the Maison’s overall innovation agenda by constantly enhancing our efficiency and by providing personalized and timely administrative support. You are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will maintain the highest level of professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with internal and external partners.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- While your primary responsibility is to support the International Innovation Director to manage a wide array of administrative and communication tasks with internal and external stakeholders, you will be fully integrated into the team and our overall activities.
- You will organize and prioritize agenda and meetings, handle travel arrangements and expenses, prepare meeting minutes, documents, and communication.
- You will support the team in organizing files and databases, prepare communication materials and events, and perform other administrative and office support when necessary.
- You will coordinate with external partners for contracts, system registration, invoicing, payment, and reports.
- You will support the Innovation Director in managing the accounting records and budget.
- You will assist in special projects, perform research, collect information, compose correspondences such as reports and presentations.
- You will maintain and refine internal processes, workflows, and procedures in pursuit of efficiency improvement and operations excellence.
- With the rest of the team, you will animate our global innovation community, drive innovation methodologies and solutions that may be unfamiliar, and collaboratively clear roadblocks for implementation.
- You celebrate curiosity, idiosyncrasies, and differences in people. You understand that these fertilize the birthing ground for innovation.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar role
- Experience in coordinating and delivering projects
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Exceptional organization, communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Professional discretion and confidentiality
- Flexible with ad-hoc requests and work time when necessary
- Curious, enjoy working in a diverse, result-driven workplace
- Fluency in written and verbal English and French a must
