**Medical Writer - 4983 NLI**

Our client is a pioneer in Drug Discovery and Development and one of the frontrunners in Personalised Healthcare. As the world's largest R&D spender in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics domain, they work in a vast number of drug discovery & therapeutic areas and are highly recognized internationally.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Define the value story of medical writing within The Lab
- Help the team define a delivery model and capability requirements
- Define team setup, roles, and job descriptions
- Define training and learning path for the writer team
- Lead the expansion into in-language services for affiliates

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Relevant Swiss working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;**
- Education in Life Sciences: minimum Master’s level, preferably PhD
- 3-5 years of experience medical writing
- Fluent English
- Experience in developing content services as an advantage
- Ability to design content services around medical writing
- Medcoms/scientific agency experience would be beneficial.
