**Deine Aufgaben**
- Entwicklung, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Services
- Bewerten neuer Serviceideen und Marktchancen
- Erarbeiten von Business Cases und Marktanalysen
- Schulung und Unterstützung der Sales und Solution Account Manager
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Service-Design-Prozesses
- Pflege Service Portfolio und Koordination des Service Portfolio Boards
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung (Trends, Mitbewerber)
- Kostencontrolling über die gesamte Wertschöpfung und Lebenszyklus
- Planen und Realisieren von Massnahmen zur Steigerung der Wirtschaftlichkeit

**Dein Können**
- Erfahrung im Product Management mit IT Services und gutes technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
- Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Aus-/Weiterbildung (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Methodenzertifizierungen (z.B. ITIL Foundation, ITIL Expert, ITIL Managing Professional)
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz sowie kundenorientiertes und überzeugendes Auftreten
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und motiviert, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Analytische, ganzheitliche und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Erfahrung im Projekt Management mit agilen Methoden sind ein Plus
