**Process & Analytics Lead (Global Supply Management Steriles & Devices) (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive improvements in global upstream supply chain processes, implement business models and enable organization by new ways of working, digital solutions, data and analytics
- Leading an international team located in Berlin and Basel incl. Global Process Managers (GPM) for process groups like Product Change Management and Supply Planning.
- Reinforcement of process adherence and develop, implement, steer IT projects together with the Bayer IT department and with other functions incl. SCM Development.
- Support with user-friendly reporting solutions, data analytical support and ensure units are equipped to steer process quality and performance
- Define best practices of assigned supply chain processes and drive improvements projects
- Lead key user communities on functional unit level

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in supply chain management, computer science, industrial engineering, economics or an equivalent qualification (e.g. natural/applied science or mathematics)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible planning and supply chain positions with an emphasis on supply chain planning/execution and/or information systems. APICS Certification preferred
- At least 5 years of managerial experiences to integrate multinational and multidisciplinary teams (e.g. in international projects)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal relations skills that promote collaboration and transparency across the organization with a high service focus
- Strong analytic, conceptual and technical skills with data analytics mentality
- Technological expertise in areas such as Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Automation, Robotics, Internet of Things, Blockchain with implementation experience to advance the Digital Supply Chain
- Proven IT skills and expertise in Business Model engineering
- Fluent in English is a must. German or Spanish desirable
- Hybrid working mode with defined home-office time is supported
