Board is looking for a resourceful **Marketing Analytics Expert **to join our Marketing Operations team in our Chiasso HQ.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee and manage the integration of our existing marketing stack, ensuring its seamless operation to transform data into actionable insights and data-driven strategies. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying trends, evaluating campaign performance, and making strategic recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot data systems and tools used in marketing operations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to define data requirements for campaigns, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze marketing campaign data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and messaging effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and marketing automation to identify opportunities for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Academic Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics or marketing operations will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing operations, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, campaign execution, and demand generation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau.
- Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce. Familiarity with DemandBase and SalesLoft is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
