Digital Merchandise Coordinator

Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Digital Merchandise Coordinator to join our eCommerce team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

The Digital Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end catalogue onboarding and product data management across all the TIMBERLAND EMEA websites, both for Ecommerce and Marketplaces (Zalando, About You, etc.). He/She will make sure that product data and content online is accurate and will cover operational duties such as: product attributes amendments, re-pricing, discounts uploads, site maintenance activities, seasonal retagging, etc. He/She will be in touch with different stakeholders to build a strong and close collaboration with all the relevant counterparts/stakeholders within the organization to enable fast and smooth product onboarding flow and maximise the sales window of inventory.

How You Will Make a Difference
Owning and coordinating the onboarding process for digital catalogues covering images & copies streams, managing the complete article lifecycle from bringing the articles online to ensuring they are taken offline (or retagged/re-categorized) after the season end.
Owning and coordinating seasonal and ad hoc catalogue building and uploading, both regular and late add in the assortment line.
Manage seasonal databases and files, improving existing processes, tools, reporting and implement new ones in support of the day-to-day business.
Manage product data verification processes as it relates to the product online (both for Ecom and Marketplaces) - correct categorization across all locales, correct imagery, product descriptions, product attributes, categories/links, publication dates, stock availability and other product details.
Coordinate product launches & seasonal marketing launches online (both for Ecom and Marketplaces).
Supporting with site maintenance activities cooperating with cross-functional team to reach shared goals: bug reporting, onsite search optimization, categorization, taxonomy, and filtering structure.

**Support in weekly reporting activities**: Merch & Site analysis and Catalogues launch update status to measure customer behaviour and make data driven decisions with effectiveness of content.

Skills for Success
Analytical and commercial mindset, great attention to details and organization skills.
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management or Economics are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

**Experience**: 1-3 year’s work experience, preferably within a Retail or eCom team. Previous work in multicultural teams would be a plus.

**Language skills**: Fluent in English. Any other language would be a plus.
Excellent usage of Excel and MS office proficiency, familiar with BI systems is a plus (IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects).
Strong organizational and communication skills with proactive attitude.
Excellent ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task
Curious, humble, eager to learn, adaptable to changes.
