**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
As** Content Operations Manager** you will be leading content operational execution and leading an outsourced team of Content Integrators operating the content tools (Content Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management System (LMS). You will be supporting the Content Excellence Manager and your role will require to oversee the entire content supply chain for the web channel, including an in-depth understanding of the Legal & Regulatory framework as well as content review processes.

**What you'll do**:

- Represent the Content stream within the integrated digital product team tasked to deliver on the HCP digital portal
- Drive collaboration with the other streams of the digital product project team: Engineering, Product, UX & Design, Marketing & Operations
- Oversee a data-driven content strategy based on systematic tagging enabling insight generation & personalization
- Nurture and develop our modular approach based on a design-system
- Coordinate Content Operations for our HCP digital portal
- Lead an outsourced team of content managers fully dedicated to creating and updating HCP portal web pages
- Coordinate processes and ensure delivery from request to publishing, on a constantly growing backlog of requests
- Streamline content review processes to unlock efficiencies and increase time-to-market
- Build and maintain internal platform used to share web content across geographies
- Help execute Content Excellence initiatives at Biogen by scaling the modular and data-driven approach beyond Web, to all channels and across BUs.
- Implement a Data-Driven content strategy
- Ensure excellent execution, including systematic tagging of webpages enabling granular analytics & personalization
- Improve Search Engine Optimization
- Own Content Performance KPIs and constantly improve our analytics suite & dashboards to (Google Analytics, Search Console etc)

**Qualifications**:

- BA or Master’s degree
- A proven track record in content operations management, including agency management, DAM Management and operations at global, regional, or local levels
- A deep understanding of Life Sciences commercial model.
- Knowledge of the Pharma&Digital web content ecosystem: content validation & DAM, Content Management Systems, CRM etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in global process optimization and in the digital channels / capabilities
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in digital and omnichannel, preferably in a Pharma/Biotech Company
- Strong knowledge and experience of the content excellence standard and trends
- Languages: fluent English mandatory another European language strongly desired
