To support our Marketing department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an

**INTERN TIKTOK MARKETING (M/F/X — 100%)**

The primary focus of the TikTok Marketing Intern is to support the exponential growth of the IWC TikTok channel. The assigned person will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy on TikTok, content production for TikTok, growing and nurturing followers on TikTok, as well as identifying, reaching out, and collaborating with TikTok Creators. This role reports to the Senior Manager Digital Marketing North East Asia.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Optimize strategy in a timely manner to ensure that set KPIs are on-track
- Bi-weekly reporting on TikTok channel growth
- Manage all content production related work for TikTok including liaising with internal/external stakeholders, storyboarding, filming and editing where possible
- Manage end-to-end collaboration with TikTok creators including identifying, outreach, and content planning
- Ensure TikTok creators deliver content as planned and in a timely manner

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Proven track-record in growing TikTok channels and followership
- Experience in content production for TikTok (e.g. Adobe Premiere, CapCut)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience with TikTok (Social Media)
- Experience in the luxury sector is a plus
- English fluent, German is a plus
