Qui est l'entreprise et quel est le contexte du poste ?
Nous recherchons actuellement pour notre client, un grand cabinet international spécialisé dans la transformation digitale et la performance financière, un Managing Consultant Tagetik H/F pour renforcer ses équipes.
Vous rejoignez un grand acteur dans le domaine de l’EPM/CPM, qui accompagne des entreprises dans l’optimisation de leurs processus financiers. Ce poste vous permettra d’acquérir une expertise approfondie sur Tagetik et d’évoluer progressivement vers la gestion d’équipe et le pilotage stratégique des projets.
Quelles seront mes missions ?
Accompagner les clients dans leurs projets de transformation digitale et d’amélioration de la performance financière à travers Tagetik.
Participer à la mise en place des outils de consolidation statutaire et de reporting en collaboration avec les clients et les équipes internes.
**Interagir avec différents interlocuteurs**: DAF, consolidation, contrôle de gestion, et autres parties prenantes des projets.
Contribuer à la formation et à l’accompagnement des consultants juniors pour les aider à monter en compétences.
Être impliqué(e) dans les phases d’avant-vente, appels d’offres et proposition de nouvelles offres pour le développement du cabinet.
Monter en compétences sur la gestion d’équipe et la supervision des projets, avec une évolution rapide vers un rôle de Manager.
Quels types de compétences et d'expérience devrai-je avoir ?
Diplômé(e) d’une formation BAC+5 en finance, comptabilité ou systèmes d’information.
Expérience de 4 ans + en cabinet de conseil ou en entreprise sur des projets EPM/CPM, idéalement sur Tagetik ou des outils similaires (SAP BFC, OneStream, HFM,).
Bonne compréhension des processus de consolidation statutaire et de reporting financier.
Fortes compétences analytiques et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
Anglais professionnel obligatoire.
