Country Product Manager
- As a Country Product Manager, you will be part of something special. What you will do each day matters, as we believe that cultural exchange makes the world a better place. Our students travel to another country to live its daily life and experience its culture from the inside — not as a tourist, but as a local. Though the exchange experience only lasts a year, the extended families we create last forever.
- As a Country Product Manager, you will have complete ownership of all other relevant business KPIs related to the program, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation. The role includes full ownership of direct sales in the country and to reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

- We are looking for a new Country Product Manager for EF High School Exchange Year to join our team in Zürich as of April 1st or upon agreement.

- What will you be doing?

- Responsibility for the ‘EF High School Exchange Year’ programme in the German-speaking Swiss market: strategy development and implementation to achieve sales and growth targets (weekly, monthly, annually)
- Recruitment, management, coaching and development of three employees in Zurich
- Budget planning and independent management to achieve annual targets.
- Managing the entire customer lifecycle and providing excellent customer service and support before and after the sale
- Increase brand awareness and generate leads through targeted marketing activities - social media, trade shows, school visits, partnerships, etc.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met

- Experience with a track record in sales and/or business development as well as strong leadership skills that you can demonstrate.
- Business fluent in German and very good knowledge of English.
- University degree (Uni/FH/HF) or career changer with relevant professional experience.
