**Aufgabe**:
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir Sie als ICT-Support/Service Management. In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Koordination der ICT-Servicepartner & Softwarelieferanten bezüglich Installation und Wartung der Arbeitsplatzsysteme, Peripheriegeräten, Servern, Netzwerkkomponenten und Kommunikationsmitteln, sowie deren Software und Schnittstellen. Sie sind Ansprechpartner für die ICT-Servicepartner und für den ICT-Betrieb an den Standorten in der Schweiz und in Frankreich. Sie beheben Störungen (1st
- und 2nd-Level) und beantworten Fragen und sind verantwortlich für das qualifizierte Weiterleiten von Störungen und Fragen an die ICT-Servicepartner. Die Mitarbeit bei der Verwaltung und Pflege der externen ICT-Servicepartner gehört genauso zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet wie das Wahrnehmen von Koordinationsaufgaben zwischen Anwender und ICT-Stellen/ICT-Servicepartnern. Sie verwalten die IT-Ressourcen, einschließlich Inventarverwaltung, Lizenzmanagement und sind für die Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit von IT-Geräten und Software verantwortlich.

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Informatik Ausbildung / Berufslehre und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Supporter 1st
- und 2nd-Level
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb unserer Standorte in der Schweiz und Frankreich
- Führerschein Kategorie B vorausgesetzt

- Microsoft M365 - Azure Admin Center
- Windows (Server 2016-2022/ Desktop 10/11)
- Windows RDS Server Management of Netzwerk (MPLS, Router & Switch Konfiguration, DNS, DHCP)
- Oracle & MS SQL Datenbanken
- Telefonie Management, VOIP, 4G, 5G
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
