Partner Sales Executive, Managed Service Providers

Job Summary
What you will do:
- In this role, you will expand Red Hat’s revenues and the adoption of our hybrid cloud technologies across your territory via the ecosystem- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and expertise on the implementation and utilization of Red Hat technologies to meet their clients' needs.- You will be expected to meet bookings and revenue goals by driving new pipeline, accelerating customer adoption of our technologies and cross-selling new solution with partners- Accountable for understanding and communicating partner deal status to ensure forecast accuracy- You will work closely with the sales organizations of our ecosystem to drive sales plays and campaigns.- You are an integral part of Red Hat’s sales organization to identify and integrate partners into account plans and joint activities.- Ability to articulate the value of Red Hat solutions, Red Hat’s differentiation to partner sales counterparts
What you will bring:
- You have a track record of working with partners and a reputation for seeking mutual success with partners.- For this role, you should have a technical as well as sales background and have worked in a similar position in the IT industry for at least 5 years- Solid understanding of industry trends such as cloud, AI or edge to establish credibility at the business level and articulate the benefits of working with Red Hat as a strategic Open Hybrid Cloud Partner- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem and how to sell together with channel partners- Fluency in French, English is a must. German is a plus- Excellent leadership & communication skills, with ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization
