**Position Summary**

Our GBS Finance Team is looking for its Head of Portfolio Management.

GBS Portfolio Finance Unit aims at:

- ensuring that the Group IT investments (representing 500 Mio CHF of investment annually), are aligned with Zones/Business/Functions Strategy
- providing transparency in their return on investment and facilitating decision-making across the Group

Your role is critical in driving your team to lead large scope projects and programs successfully from beginning to end, with high visibility and exposure to Nestlé business top management at local, zone or global level.

Your team manages projects covering multiple business units, on multiples sites, in 1 or more Markets/Countries.

As an integral part of the GBS Finance Leadership team, you will provide visibility on the IT Portfolio of projects and ensure alignment amongst key stakeholders.

You will lead a global team of +/-15 people, based in Vevey and in the 5 Zones.

**A Day in the Life of the Head of GBS Portfolio Management**:

- Provide transparency to senior leadership (incl. Digital Acceleration Council) and ensure governance and framework to enable strategic choices in IT investments, inc. E2E technology upgrades
- Provide challenges to the portfolio in terms of scoping /speed of project delivery / agility
- Ensure prioritization of IT projects in alignment to the business strategy across all corporate functions, Zones and Global Managed Businesses.
- Track benefits from IT portfolio of projects including financial, execution and value realization
- Ensure expected projects ROI is included in target setting of businesses & zones
- Ensure resource planning for projects so that they can be assigned to GBS Project Management or IT units
- Run regular reviews of the performance of the projects
- Support Markets & Businesses in business case definition to support IT investments requests
- Support Markets & Businesses in portfolio management capabilities development
- Ensure the Portfolio team is recognized broadly in the Group for their consulting skills and expertis

**What will make you successful?**
- Experiences in the following fields (which could have been acquired through Senior F&C roles, Business Strategic Planning or Business Program Management roles):

- Previous experience in FMCG (Portfolio Management / F&C) and/or Consulting Firm
- Strategic Planning
- Financial Analysis
- Significant interest in Technology, and in participating in Nestlé’s Digital Transformation
- Proven Track record at Senior Stakeholders’ Management (incl. smooth handling of diverging interests)
- Previous experience in developing People & building efficient / recognized Teams
