Manager Indirect Procurement

**Your mission**:

- You are responsible for all purchasing matters within your assigned categories (depending on your experiences) including all related strategic tasks such as supplier evaluation, negotiations, market research and legal contracting
- Develop and maintain cost effective and quality focused supplier relationships
- Support stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs as well as educate them on procurement processes and guidelines
- Set up a yearly plan of procurement activities including saving targets
- Track key performance indicators to evaluate and report the performance of procurement activities

**Your profile**:

- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or in a similar field
- You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in related industries
- You have excellent negotiation skills, you are analytical and you have a problem-solving attitude with a proven ability to achieve cost savings and efficiency
- You have acquired a sophisticated “toolbox” of procurement knowledge
- You are constantly challenging the status quo and looking for ways to increase value, achieve cost savings and improve efficiency
- You have a strong customer service sense and attitude with a commercial and entrepreneurial driven mindset
- Full working proficiency in English and German
