Service Sales Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- You have 2-3 years of experience in using CRMs (Salesforce) and other sales analytics tools.
- Degree in engineering or a similar discipline.
- You are highly skilled in in creating interactive data visualizations from large and complex data sets. Able to gather and analyze data, identify patterns, and think critically. Use of Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to translating business requirements to IT/CRM experts.
- Capable of prioritizing different tasks with strong time management skills.
- Capable of taking responsibility and ownership for actions and deliverables, and able to work alone.
- Good understanding of underlying business processes.
- Good understanding of all business types relevant for Marine & Ports division (including systems, products, services) is a plus.
- You have strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
