**DEINE HERAUSFORDERUNG**:
Als erfahrene(r) Product Manager/in Software kennst du dich mit komplexen Software Projekten aus
und leitest diese über alle Phasen hinweg? Du arbeitest gerne als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, De
- signabteilung und Entwicklerteam?
Du hast ein Flair für die Leitung von Workshops und Definierung von Anforderungen?
Als Product Manager/in im Beriech Software begleitest du den UX und Design Prozess und schreibst
User Stories.
Du koordinierst alle Aktivitäten um die (Software-) Produktinformationen in einem agilen Ansatz auf
den Markt zu bringen? Du hast ein starkes Interesse für das Definieren und Priorisieren von neuen Fea
- ture-Anforderungen und erweiterst diese gerne in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering-Team?

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Fundierte Erfahrung als Product Manager mit komplexen Software Projekten.- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise um als Schnittstelle stehts den Überblick zu bewahren.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit den UX und Design Prozessen.
- Flair für das verstehen und Umsetzen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Produktanforderungen.
- Fähigkeit, Feature-Anforderungen zu definieren und diese im Team zu erweitern.
- Starke Kompetenzen bei der Analyse von Produktexperimenten, um Benutzerströme zu bestimmen

und Kundenrecherchen durchzuführen.
