Solskin is a climate-adaptive building envelope solution that combines dynamic (moving) photovoltaic modules with intelligent AI-driven shading to provide optimal building energy management and improve occupant comfort. Solskin uses advanced AI-algorithms utilizing weather and user data to optimize energy savings and comfort for highest quality and sustainable living and working spaces. As a Architecture / Sales Intern at ZSR, you will have the opportunity to promote, plan and integrate this cutting-edge climate technology and contribute to the market deployment of Solskin and maximize its social and climate impact. You will be given a high level of independence and responsibility and will be able to see the tangible results of your work as Solskin is installed on buildings in Switzerland and around the world. Tasks **Key Responsibilities of Role**: You will be responsible for reaching out to new leads, organizing presentations, educating architects and customers about Solskins’ capabilities and developing architecturally stunning and sustainable Solskin integrations for our future clients. You will collaborate closely with our Business Unit and be an integral part of the architecture team. You will also have the opportunity to travel within Switzerland and eventually internationally for client visits and trade shows. This role offers a chance to learn from experts and innovators in the field and work alongside them. **Involved tasks**: - Organize meetings and showcases of Solskin with potential customers and interested architects. - Support or co-lead the development of architectural concepts integrating Solskin into new construction and retrofitting projects. - Prepare convincing and aesthetic presentations, texts, images and videos for sales and marketing purposes. - Participate in and co-organize fairs and exhibitions as a Solskin representative. - Support with the organization of pilot or commercial installations. - Organizational and administrative support, such as pre - and post-processing of customer visits, recording and maintaining customer relations and master data in CRM, project recording. You will work very closely with Dr. Vesna Kosoric (Head of Architecture) and Djordje Cebic (Architecture and Visualisations) as well as Alexander Züst (Head of Business). **Requirements**: **Education**: - Min. Bachelor Degree ETH/FH in Architecture or related discipline, HF graduates in related disciplines are also considered - Architectural designers EFZ with highly significant experience can be considered - Training in solar architecture is a plus - Commercial apprenticeship EFZ or experience can be a plus **Mindset**: - Creative mind, passionate about architecture and intelligent technology, aware of the challenges involved with climate change, particularly in the architecture space, feeling the urge to work on solutions. - Perfectionist mindset when it comes to aesthetics - Outgoing personality and a sales altitude **Experience**: - Practical experience working as an architect is a plus - Experience in creating offers is a plus - Experience with Vectorworks, AutoCad, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop (or Adobe Creative Cloud in general), 3dMax, Blender or Unreal Engine are a plus. - Experience with CRM systems is a plus **Desired Skills**: - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent writing skills - German and English proficiency - French or Italian proficiency is a plus, Swiss German is a plus - Fast learning capabilities, affinity for technology - Passionate about architecture and intelligent technology, aware of the challenges involved with climate change **Benefits**: **Our values**: At ZSR, we believe in treating each other with respect and compassion, and we are looking for someone who shares this belief.
