**We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our organization as**Director of Industrial Refrigeration and HVAC Solutions - Switzerland**:
**Key Responsibilitie**s**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement a clear vision for the IREF & HVAC business, aligned with market trends and company objectives.
- ** Business Growth**: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our systems and services footprint across Switzerland and beyond.
- ** Team Leadership**: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Ensure seamless execution of new installations and service projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, authorities, and internal stakeholders to support long-term success.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven leadership experience in the HVAC and/or industrial refrigeration sector—or a comparable technical industry—with strong expertise in project management, service, or engineering
- Strategic mindset with sound decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Fluency in German and English is required; French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Switzerland and internationally as needed.
