**INTRODUCTION**:
For an international pharmaceutical company based in canton Neuchâtel area, we're looking for a

Manager, CPSO Launch Excellence H/F 100% (50% home office possible)
French - English

to lead (Ex-US) product launches and ensure successful, on-time market introductions.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams — including Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Planning — to deliver compliant and efficient product launches worldwide.

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Manage and execute new product launches across global markets
- Develop and track launch readiness and execution plans
- Anticipate risks, drive resolutions, and report KPIs
- Collaborate closely with global manufacturing and quality teams
- Support continuous improvement of launch processes

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Degree in Science, Business, or Supply Chain (or equivalent)
- Experience in project management within a global environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, regulatory, and quality (GMP/GDP)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and French
- 50% home office possible
