Nous ouvrons un poste d’AP Accountant au sein de notre siège et site de production biotech de Meyrin. A ce poste, vous rapportez au AP & AR Manager et faites partie de l’équipe Comptabilité de 5 personnes. Votre rôle est de recevoir et traiter correctement les factures fournisseurs.

Vos responsabilités principales sont les suivantes:

- Traiter et vérifier les factures reçues en veillant à ce qu’elles soient correctement imputées, documentées, approuvées et conformes aux pratiques de l’entreprise
- Traiter correctement la TVA des factures reçues
- Traiter les factures en correspondances avec les bons de commande
- Répondre à toutes les demandes de renseignements internes et de la part des fournisseurs
- Rapprocher les états financiers des fournisseurs, rechercher et corriger les divergences.
- Contrôler et gérer la base de données des fournisseurs de l'ERP local
- Aider à la clôture mensuelle
- Maintenir les dossiers et la documentation de manière complète et précise, conformément à la politique de l'entreprise et aux pratiques comptables reconnues
- Traiter les paiements

Pour mener à bien cette mission, nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse et précise amenant le profil suivant:

- CFC d’employé de commerce ou équivalent
- 5 ans d’expérience à un poste similaire ou en comptabilité générale en suisse
- Connaissance de la TVA suisse & européenne
- Bonnes connaissances en français (oral et écrit) et capacités professionnelles en anglais
- A l’aide avec les outils MS, notamment avec Excel
- Expérience préalable avec un ERP comptable (Sage X3 ou similaire)

Vous vous décrivez comme une personne résiliente et calme, capable de gérer efficacement un gros volume de factures. Votre esprit pragmatique et votre bon relationnel vous permettent de trouver rapidement des solutions adéquates aux problèmes rencontrés et de les communiquer aux personnes impliquées.
