Pour compléter notre division horlogère, nous cherchons un/e:
**Business Development Manager (H/F)**

**Vos tâches et responsabilités principales**:

- Vous êtes un cadre en charge du développement de nouveaux produits, marchés, services et modèles
- d’affaires- Vous gérez une équipe de vente et organisez le back-office
- Vous comprenez les besoins du marché, participez à la vision et établissez la stratégie commerciale
- Key account management : Vous rencontrez les clients et menez les négociations commerciales
- Vous établissez les plans marketing, les business plans et les budgets de vente
- Vous êtes le moteur de la communication et de l’organisation des évènements clients

**Vos formations et compétences**:

- Vous avez une formation technique supérieure avec un complément reconnu en vente et marketing- Vous avez de solides compétences en stratégie commerciale
- Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée à un poste similaire dans le domaine horloger

**Vous-même**:

- Entregent, habile négociateur et excellent communicateur- Capable d’analyser un problème autant technique que commercial et de proposer des solutions
- Vous maîtrisez la langue française et pouvez communiquer également en allemand et anglais (oral et

écrit)
