Sie sind ein\*e erfahrene\*r Project Manager\*in mit Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Public. Als selbstständige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit praxisbezogenen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in IT/ICT-Projekten sind Sie für ein expandierendes Schweizer IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen tätig. Sie behalten den Überblick, sind zielorientiert und lösen leidenschaftlich gern strukturiert und gekonnt komplexe Aufgaben.

Seit über 35 Jahren hat sich unsere Kundin in der Schweiz kontinuierlich als anerkannte Spezialistin für massgeschneiderte und anspruchsvolle IT-Lösungen und IT-Dienstleistungen positioniert. Sie fokussiert sich mit fast 200 hoch qualifizierten IT-Spezialisten und Consultants auf Geschäftsprozessintegration, Qualitätsmanagement, Softwareentwicklung und Datenmanagement. Sie ist spezialisiert auf den gesamten Lifecycle von innovativen Individual
- und Integrationslösungen im Umfeld von verteilten Softwaresystemen.

Für den weiteren Ausbau des Projektmanagementteams suchen wir eine\*n Project Manager\*in für den Raum Bern.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Moderation von Workshops und Meetings
- Sicherstellung der Projektziele über den gesamten Projektzyklus
- Einsatz von geeigneten Methoden, Werkzeugen und Prozessen in der Abwicklung der IT-Projektvorhaben
- Kommunikationen und Verhandlungen mit den Stakeholdern Ihrer Auftraggeber
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Akquise und Unterstützung des Account-Managements

Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik oder Ähnliches
- Sie können ein gültiges HERMES Advanced Zertifikat und einen Nachweis IPMA mind. Level C oder Ähnliches vorweisen.
- Erfahrungen in mind. einem Grossprojekt konnten Sie bereits sammeln.
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Sektor.
- Ihre mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter\*in und Ihre vertieften Kenntnisse dazu sprechen für Sie.
- Sie sind belastbar, ausdauernd und leistungsstark und sind dazu eine kommunikative und kooperative Persönlichkeit.
- Sie haben den Blick für das grosse Ganze und lösen komplexe Aufgaben strukturiert und zielorientiert mit Ihrer zuverlässigen, selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.
- Sie sind verhandlungssicher und verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Französischkenntnisse (B1)
