Floorwalker M365

**Project / Role**:
For our client, we are looking for an experienced Floorwalker M365 who will be the first point of contact for users in case of technical issues after a rollout. In this role, you will be significantly involved in the preparation and execution of Windows rollout projects.

**Main tasks**:

- Supporting users with technical problems after a rollout
- Preparing devices before installation according to the checklist
- Checking the success of the installation
- Coordinating unresolved problems with the support center
- Occasionally replacing outdated hardware

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of experience in M365 support
- At least two years of experience in Windows support
- Experience in at least one Windows rollout project
- Experience in providing initial support to users with technical issues
- Experience in preparing devices before deployment

**Education**:

- Completed training in the relevant IT field or comparable qualification

**Languages**:

- Fluent written and spoken German
