Zürich. The company is focused on the discovery and development of innovative, antibody fragment-based

therapeutics with a focus on immuno-oncology. With our breakthrough antibody-discovery and multi-specifics

engineering platform, we engage in proprietary projects as well as collaborative research on behalf of partners

in the pharmaceutical industry.

For our Cell Biology team, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join us as:
**Research Technician/Associate Cell Biology 100%
In this position, you will be involved in activities related to the pharmacological characterization of innovative

antibody fragment-based lead molecules. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing cellular

assays to characterize antibodies and antibody-fragment based mono
- and multi-specific therapeutic molecules.

**Your responsibilities**
- Develop and perform cellular assays (e.g. reporter gene assays, flow cytometry-based assays,

proliferation assays, PBMCs assays, etc.) to screen and characterize antibodies
- Generation of high-quality data in cellular assay systems to enable the progressing of Numab’s discovery

projects
- Work closely with team members to outline next steps and help to drive the projects to completion

**Your profile should ideally include**:

- Completed apprenticeship as laboratory technician or a higher education in biology, (bio-)chemistry or

pharmaceutical sciences
- Professional experience in an industry setting would be a plus
- Expert knowledge in development and execution of cell-based assays for the characterization of

therapeutic antibodies
- Expertise in flow cytometry
- Experience in the handling of primary cells
- Highly accurate and team-oriented working style paired with a high sense of quality and the ability to

work independently on diverse challenges
- Refined computer user skills (e.g. MS Office package, GraphPad prism, etc.) and communication skills
