- We are looking for a Client Account Manager to:
- manage daily business in GFIW client servicing and provide high quality service
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
- assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

- Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) is a unique joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) and UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFIW serves some of the largest institutional Family Office clients that require both, GWM services and access to IB capabilities, often across countries and booking centers. GFIW offers comprehensive and highly personalized financial services to satisfy our clients’ sophisticated needs.

**Your expertise**
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
- solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
- effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
- interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
- excellent skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset
