**Your Responsibilities**

As a QA Investigator, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance by:

- Leading and conducting thorough investigations into **critical deviations and** **Out-of-Specification (OOS)** results across all departments.
- Performing **comprehensive root cause analyses and** implementing effective **Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)**.
- Documenting investigation outcomes with precision and clarity.
- Preparing **GMP risk assessments and** managing **Change Control**:

- Supporting **regulatory inspections and** internal/external audits.

**Your Profile**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with:

- A completed degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar); a PhD is a plus.
- Experience in a **GMP-regulated environment or** **quality management**, particularly in deviation handling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and assertively.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in cross-functional teamwork.
- A knack for writing clear and concise reports, SOPs, and risk assessments.
- Fluency in **German and English**, both written and spoken.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., **Minitab®**) is an advantage.
