Your mission at Climeworks is to work with cutting-edge software tools and contribute to the optimization of our direct air capture systems. Collaborate with our engineering team to streamline design processes, enhance documentation, and drive efficiency in system development, with a focus on system modeling.
- You assist in configuring and customizing the Valispace platform to align with the specific requirements of Climeworks' direct air capture projects.
- You organize and manage engineering data within the Valispace environment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for team members.
- You work closely with engineers to enhance documentation processes using Valispace, including requirements management, design verification, and change control.
- You identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows through the integration of Valispace with other tools and platforms used by the Climeworks team.
- You provide training and support to team members on the use of Valispace, including best practices for data input, version control, and collaboration.
- You actively participate in the evaluation and improvement of the Valispace implementation, proposing enhancements and optimizations based on user feedback and industry best practices.
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have familiarity with engineering design processes and documentation practices, preferably also in system engineering.
- You possess proficiency in using Valispace or similar engineering collaboration platforms, though it's preferred but not required.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- You have a passion for sustainability and an interest in contributing to climate change mitigation efforts.
