Generalist Expert in Operational Taxes of an international Bank.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Execute complex tasks and acts as transfer knowledge agent
- Support & advise specialist/team head on problem solving and complex tasks
- Adhere to guidelines & policies
- Execute complex controls
- Manage incidents and resolutions
- Provide input (if required) while policy definition
- Manage complex clients and special solutions
- Support the development of new solutions
- Handle single queries of high complexity
- Maintains intranet/ wiki pages/ training material and provides front & Ops training
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day usage of key tools and processes
- Collaborate with partners
- Advise on definition of standards
- Drive continuous improvement and initiatives including the elaboration and implementation of efficiency measures
- Act as SME in change initiative
- Raise requirements in collaboration with the PO

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Team player
- Distinct customer and service orientation
- Multiple years of relevant work experience paired with extensive expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of securities, their specific characteristics & taxation
- Extensive experience/expertise in operational taxes of an international bank with special focus on Withholding tax, Tax Relief at source and Tax Reclaim
- Good technical understanding of banking operations methodologies/processes
