Diversity

Tasks
- Technical and personnel management of an R&D team of up to 10 employees in the field of machine controls / PLC software and visualization solutions.
- Leading development projects and lifecycle of machine control systems including cost and deadline responsibility.
- Elaboration and implementation of machine control concepts.
- Strong collaboration with design and process technology teams.
- Project planning and integration of international resources.
- Active support of the sales, project execution and customer service department in technical questions.
- Developing and coaching the team.

Required qualifications
- Technical apprenticeship as well as further education in electrical engineering (FH or HF).
- Experience in personnel management and project management in an international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of mechatronic, automation or electrical engineering.
- Good PLC programming skills or high-level language skills (vb.net, c#.net, Angular and HTML5).
- Very good communication skills in dealing with customers as well as internal and external contacts.
- Good written and spoken English.
