Within the Pharmaceuticals division we are committed to making disease a thing of the past At the Small Molecule Site in Schaffhausen you will support an end-to-end site accountable for chemical synthesis of API's which are formulated into Tablets and Capsules and final packaged, meeting the needs of our customers and patients worldwide.
Cilag AG is recruiting for an Operations Support Manger, located in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. This person is accountable for mentoring continuous improvement projects, coordinating our quality culture program, monitoring base business & project performance and organizing training & employee communications.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Mentor our diverse teams implementing continuous improvement projects
- Lead the Quality Culture Program
- Monitor/Coordinate our base business performance metrics and facilitate the weekly performance review meeting
- Coordinate projects which require collaboration across multiple departments
- Lead our employee Workforce of the Future training program
- Coordinate our BU Information Sessions (and other communications) for employees
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in science, engineering or a related field is required
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
- 5 years of experience in a GMP or regulated environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proficient in German and English
- Experience in organizing strategic programs
**Preferred**:
- Experience in Quality related functions
- Project management
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma
