Unser Standort in Visp, Schweiz, wächst und für unsere Validierungsorganisation suchen wir derzeit einen Teamleiter für die Prozessvalidierung in unserer Business Unit Small Molecules. In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Validierung von pharmazeutischen Herstellungsprozessen verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Leitung des Validierungsteams für die Prozessvalidierung in den Chemieanlagen
- Gewährleistung der Harmonisierung und konformer Verfahren für unsere Business Unit Small Molecules
- Erstellung prozessspezifischer Validierungsdokumente (Protokolle, Berichte, regelmäßige Überprüfungen)
- Bewertung von Änderungswünschen und Abweichungen
- Teilnahme an Audits und Inspektionen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Bachelor of Science oder Master of Science in Chemie oder einer verwandten Disziplin
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im chemischen Betrieb oder Validierung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams wäre wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit auf Fristen hinzuarbeiten und diverse Aufgabengebiete gleichzeitig zu managen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
