**Reporting to: Manager Training & Knowledge**

**As Technical Trainer Inspection the job holder is responsible for**

organizing and conducting of internal and external technical training courses. Support
development and maintaining of Inspection training modules established within the BEG
Academy.

**Major functions:
- Organization and conducing of internal and external technical training courses,

primarily for the operation of Inspection Business equipment.
- Planning and designing of various technical and operational training courses
- Preparing of training course concepts including clear course documentation
- according to Emhart Glass standard operational procedures.- Integration of new technologies and security issues
- Taking over the extensive information gathering
- Coordinating translations and print jobs for training documentation
- Maintain and revise the installed training equipment of the training center according
- to current standards- Assist in maintaining, improving and new developments of training products

**Specific Tasks:
- Provide professional technical assistance on-site and off-site to customers worldwide

for all aspects of Inspection Business service tasks associated to E2E machine line
equipment in close cooperation with customers and Emhart Glass Service
Management.
- Perform service tasks in line-with Bucher Emhart Glass Health & Safety policy
- Feedback training needs to Service Management
- Assist in development of new machine products in cooperation with RD&E

**Job profile
- Technical education (bachelor degree, diploma or equivalent) in a related field, e.g.

mechatronics
- Training in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering or comparable training

with a high affinity for technical products and solutions
- Experience with machine vision or inspection machines is an asset
- Experience in glass manufacturing industry and with glass inspection equipment is
- an asset- Experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing industry is an asset
- Rhetorical and pedagogical skills
- Interest in permanent further education and knowledge enhancement
- Very good English knowledge, verbal and in writing
- Any other additional major language is an asset
